Mithun Johri is the Managing Director of Zepstar and an entrepreneur with over 24 years of experience building businesses across multiple industries and geographies.

Over his career, Mithun has delivered business process and knowledge services (BPO and KPO) to clients and partners across North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and the Middle East. That global exposure shapes how he builds teams and partnerships: with clear standards, cultural awareness, and a long-term view.

Beyond Zepstar, he is the Founder and CEO of Altavista Trading, Crossbow Realtors, Influencer Arena, and Jazzlr. Across these ventures, he has built deep expertise in strategic planning, business development, team leadership, and stakeholder engagement.
